Domestic Pump Station Control Panel

The domestic pump station control panel is for single pump applications and is designed to operate with the remote alarm plate. For other features in this unit look under pump stations.
Rainwater System Control Panel

This system control panel has features related to the application and does not have an alarm system built into it as it is not necessary.
It has been designed with cost in mind without affecting the quality of the product. |
Some of the features include:

This system can be designed to suit individual requirements and can be incorporated into other control panels where available.

Remote Plate

The remote alarm plate has both visual and audible alarms. The remote alarm plate is designed to operate with sewage treatment plants, domestic and commercial pump stations.
When the audible alarm is on it can be muted by pressing the mute button. This will reset in 2 hours on pump stations and 24 hours on sewage treatment plants. |

Sewage Treatment Plants
Control panels for sewage treatment plants can be designed with a whole hoste of features which includes some of the following:
- Disinfection system built in
- Full alarm system for all equipment within the system
- When the alarm is activated the computer screen displays the problem area or equipment
- The alarm system uses either the remote plate, a phone dialer or built in audible alarm. The standard system has a computer output signal
- An integrated irrigation control system

Commercial pump station control systems have:
- Duty and stand-by pumps
- Full system alarm for pumps and blowers
- Computer screen display

Commercial control panels are manufactured stainless steel or colourbond materials, other materials are available on request. All commercial control panels are key locked.

- Automatic tank top-up
- Programmed watering times
- Equipment failure alarms
- Zoned systems with special features

All control panels are weatherproof to suit Australian Conditions and meet the following Australian Standards:
* IP54 min. to AS1939-1986 (weatherproof)
* Form 1 to AS3439.1-1993 (internal rating)
* Wired to AS3000-1996 (Australian Wiring Rules)
All control panels are wired by qualified Electrical Fitters.
