Sewage Treatment Plants
DOMESTIC SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
We are not currently taking on service contracts for domestic sewage treatment plants as we do not have the personnel to do it effectively. We will however do repair work as a one off and we do sell replacement parts such as pumps and blowers into this market.
COMMERCIAL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
We offer a complete service arrangement for commercial sewage treatment plants and this includes:
A full system check on the initial visit with recommendations to the changes (if any) we would like to see done with regard to the systems performance. This includes both the treatment plant and disposal system.
If chemicals are being used we will recommend ways to eliminate the use of chemicals and have the system operate without them with the same if not better results.
Water quality checks are done with all services and NATA laboratory tests are done to council requirements.
Sludge levels are checked and we do advise when the pump out of the system is due.
All pumps and blowers are checked and tested.
Control panels are checked and this includes for pest infestation.
Disinfection systems are checked to see that they are operating properly.
Filters are checked tested and cleaned as required.
A full report to the owner and council if required.
A quotation and cost is always given for the repairs of any breakdowns prior to any work being completed.
We also have a complete system design check and rebuild service for outdated plants and/or plants they need to be enlarged due to growth with the population/inflow to the treatment plant.
COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC PUMP STATIONS
We offer a service system on pump stations that includes the following:
System washdown and check.
Breakdown service and repairs.
Full system check.
All work is gauranteed and all equipment gets a full manufacturers warranty.
